Youth Housing Conference

Has access to housing become a major obstacle to young people's autonomy, training and professional integration? How can we improve the quality and quantity of housing supply and demand for young people, adapted to their specific needs in terms of decohabitation, temporary mobility and flexibility with regard to irregular income?

How can real estate professionals, associations, lessors and managers respond to these needs and to demographic, sociological and economic changes?

To develop and discuss these topics, we invite you to attend a conference/debate with the following speakers.

Speakers :

Marianne AUFFRET: Managing Director, Unhaj - Union Nationale pour le Habitat des Jeunes - Member of the editorial committee for the report "Housing for young people: a social emergency" published by the COJ and the CNH .

Laurent Palu: Investment Director at in'li - France's leading provider of affordable housing, with over 80,000 units under management nationwide - Subsidiary of Action Logement.

Maxime Armand: Co- founder & COO Urban Campus - Management company for young professionals and multi-family residences across Europe

For face-to-face participants, the conference will be followed by a cocktail reception.

X Ponts Pierre, is a professional group of Polytechnique and Les Ponts alumni working in the real estate sector (a group shared by the two alumni associations AX and Ponts Alumni). It regularly organizes conferences open to all, and publishes books, including one devoted to housing: "Le logement, enjeux, crises et mutations, un tour d'horizon", 2023, Presses des Ponts.
