Objective:

The training is based on a real company case study. The aim is for students to simulate the process of acquiring this company, and to gradually master all the financial statements of the target company, then of the acquisition holding company.financial statements of the target company, then of the acquisition holding company, then the ingredients of a package combining the buyer's investment with that of an investment fund.

This session can be taken as a complement to the first session "TAKING OVER A BUSINESS WITH OR WITHOUT INVESTMENT FUNDS". or as a stand-alone course, aimed at anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of a company's financial statements and the financial arrangements for an acquisition.

It consists of 3 practical sessions preceded by an optional accounting refresher session for participants who feel the need to review the basics of business accounting.
