THURSDAY JUNE 19 6:30pm-7:15pm: ROUND TABLE ON INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY
|
After graduating from the ESCP business school in 2002, Laurence CASALA launched her career in a consulting firm and in supporting transformation projects.
In 2012, she decided to expatriate with her family following a professional opportunity in Switzerland for her husband. She left Paris, her clients, her assignments and her network. From one day to the next, she discovers the astonishing status of the "follower partner": its joys, its sorrows and, above all, its uncertainty. After the excitement and effervescence of the first months of this new life, she is faced with doubts and self-questioning, the start of an emotional roller coaster... and a professional one!
In 2015, she decided to turn her expatriate life into an opportunity to reinvent herself freely and embarked on a coaching process. She then wrote the first pages of a new professional adventure. She trained in Positive Discipline and encouraging leadership to work with parents, educators and managers in developing psychosocial skills. She then trained as a coach in 2022.
13 years and 4 moves later, she puts all her experience at the service of her questioning customers, expatriates or not, to help them clarify their vision and once again become entrepreneurs of their professional lives with confidence and momentum. She also created the Expat&Moi coaching program, dedicated to expatriate partners who want to (re)invent the professional project that suits them while on expatriation or on their return.
