• enrich your network,
• and become part of a dynamic of mutual support, the real strength of our community.

A year of rich exchanges between mentors and mentees!

There are two ways to participate:

• As a Mentor: share your journey, your successes and what you've learned. Help a peer broaden his or her horizons and take new steps.
• As a Mentee : benefit from personalized support and the benevolent eye of a mentor to refine your choices, accelerate your projects and your development, and reveal your full potential.

Whether you're a mentor or a mentee, the Mentoring program is a unique opportunity to learn, share and grow together, within the Ponts Alumni network.

Terms and conditions

✓ Ponts Alumni membership: Access to the Mentoring program is a service reserved for our adherent members. It is therefore imperative to be up to date with your Ponts Alumni membership for your application to be validated.

✓ Mentee profile: The program is aimed exclusively at graduates who are currently in post.

✓ Program objective: Mentoring is a professional development support and does not constitute a job search assistance service. If you are currently actively seeking employment, we invite you to contact Career Services(carrieres@ponts.org).
