Do you want to take action for the climate, but your job has nothing to do with CSR?
What if you had more levers for action than you think - without changing jobs, without being an expert, and without waiting to be asked?
During this workshop, Floraine, Coach CO₂ and ENSTA Alumni, will help you develop your climate leadership and pass on a range of concrete tools to get your "business" team on board with climate issues.
The result: more cohesion, more meaning at work... and the opportunity to contribute to a desirable future on your own scale: that of your team!
This workshop is aimed at managers or team directors, but all Alumni interested in reducing greenhouse gas emissions are welcome.
Presentation of the speaker :
Floraine CORDIER is a CO2 Coach. She helps managers to overcome their obstacles, reveal their leadership and act fully, in line with their values, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
A graduate of ENSTA (2008), she spent ten years at ENGIE, where she held several positions in the field of energy transition. In particular, she was responsible for innovation, strategic marketing and development of new offers at ENGIE BtoC.
A long-standing climate activist, she founded a Ville en Transition association and was involved in politics for ten years, culminating in her appointment as a municipal councillor in 2020. Today, she devotes all her energy to decarbonization.
