Visit to the Pointe des Arts worksite on Ile Seguin

The X-Ponts Pierre group is pleased to invite you to a visit to the Pointe des Arts construction site on Ile Seguin in Boulogne-Billancourt, organized by Emerige.

The 50,000 m2 project includes a contemporary art foundation, a multiplex cinema, a 200-room 4* hotel, 20,000 m2 of office space and 10,000 m2 of retail space.

Scheduled for delivery in late 2026

Course:

- 09:00: coffee reception

- 9:15 a.m.: In-room presentation

- 9:45 a.m.: PPE equipment

- 10:00 am: Site visit

- 12:00 pm: return and end of the morning
