Career workshop organized by ENSTA Alumni, in partnership with Ponts Alumni
Workshop content:
Being a manager can't be improvised, yet many people have been promoted for their performance or expertise, without having received the necessary training or support. Many then find themselves navigating the complexities of the role alone, with the feeling that they are not sufficiently prepared. Caught between the expectations of the organization, the needs of the team, operational constraints and often idealized management models, it becomes difficult to find one's own style, let alone develop it with confidence.
This workshop offers you a time for reflection, both personal and collective, to take a step back from your managerial posture, confirm your strengths, identify avenues for evolution and, ideally, lay the foundations for a more assertive and durably effective management style. I hope you'll leave with a new perspective on your leadership, more aligned and more serene.
Speaker presentation:
A graduate of ENSTA in 2007, Hélène Guillet is a certified professional coach. After more than 15 years' experience in corporate change management, including 10 as a manager or coordinator, she now supports managers, teams and executives in their transformation challenges.
In particular, she coaches managers at key stages in their career paths: taking up a new position, taking on new responsibilities, building and leading a team, asserting leadership, managing change or dealing with complex situations. Her coaching aims to help you get to know yourself better, so that you can fully exploit your potential, develop an authentic and effective management style, and strengthen collective performance, while striking a lasting balance between professional and personal demands.
