Based on an idea by Francis Charpentier, we'll be welcoming Yannick Saleman, from Shif Projet, author of a report on decarbonation in Brittany, presented at the last Forum Economique Breton, and our comrade Jérome Bastin, DGA of Rennes Metropole, who have accumulated experience on the same subject.

Meet at 12:00 noon at the Picadilly, Place de la Mairie reserved by Yasmine, in order to leave for the afternoon RDVs around 13:45. Shift Project summary below.
