What is the reality of Cryptocurrencies in 2024 in global finance?

Our guest will give us an overview of Crypto currencies and Bitcoin, assessing two important milestones for 2024: the acceptance of Bitcoin ETFs by the SEC (Security Exchange Commission) in the USA in early January, and the halving of the market at the end of April. We'll be looking at the role of Europe, which has just adopted new MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) legislation for 2024, and France, which already boasts a fine ecosystem.

Our guest will try to shed more light on the Crypto sphere.

Philippe HERLIN, PhD in economics from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), is a research economist in finance specializing in currencies. He publishes a monthly newsletter on crypto-currencies. He is the author of numerous books, including the latest "Bitcoin, comprendre et investir".

A cocktail reception will be held at the end of the conference.
